**Logistics Operator / Site Logistics (M/F/d) - Production Logistics / Forklift License / ADR Driver's License**

**Background**:
The Site Logistics department is responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of indirect goods at the site. This includes general consumables, as well as hazardous and refrigerated goods. It also handles mail and special shipping (national and international), as well as the management of the gas storage facility and central cold storage facility. Furthermore, it consolidates all waste streams (general waste and hazardous waste) at the site and processes them with selected partners. As a competent point of contact, the Site Logistics department is always looking for new service opportunities that benefit all customers at the site.

To ensure the long-term success of the Site Logistics team, we are looking for a dedicated, perceptive individual who can tackle day-to-day business. As a logistics all-rounder with a passion for modern logistics solutions, you can expect an interesting work environment in a dynamic and motivated team as a Logistics Operator.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:
Goods receipt:

- Accepting and checking shipments for number of packages and visible damage
- Checking delivery notes (correct material, quantity) and booking incoming goods
- Recording shipments in internal systems and making them available for site distribution

Internal courier services:

- Distribution of various packages and indirect material on the site including rental buildings (internal mail)
- Special trips on behalf of customers on the site

Material Handling/Warehouse:

- Storage of indirect material in storage location
- Preparing and providing indirect material from the warehouse for various customers
- Monitoring and clearing open SAP orders (IBL - internal order from stock)
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory and recording any differences
- Collaboration in the setup, labeling and optimization of storage facilities
- Handling of empty and circulating containers and their provision on the site
- Collection of municipal and hazardous waste on site and transport to the internal central waste storage facility for further processing
- Preparation of accompanying documents and preparation of waste for removal by waste disposal companies or their forwarding agents

Picking/Shipping:

- Preparing and printing shipping documents/shipping labels
- Sorting and compiling printed shipping documents
- Pack the goods for shipment and prepare them for collection by external couriers

**Must Haves**:

- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- At least 2 years of professional experience in production logistics environment
- Fluent German and, if possible, English skills (B1)
- Valid driving license YES (Category B)
- Valid forklift license: YES (Category R1)
- Valid ADR driving license: Advantageous, not required
- Knowledge of the operational use of logistics systems such as automated warehouse technology and SAP
- Good problem-solving skills

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in handling dangerous and refrigerated goods, as well as a valid ADR driving license, are an advantage
