**Project**:
For our client F. Hoffmann - La Roche Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Logistics Operator (M/F/d) for the Rotkreuz (RZ) location. In this role, you will support the Pre-Production Logistics team in production logistics and make a significant contribution to ensuring smooth material and goods flows from the external warehouse through internal receiving to the production lines.

You will be responsible for setting up, packing, and shipping customer orders, checking and booking incoming goods, and storing and controlling materials. You will ensure a high level of service, support the setup of new production lines, and actively contribute to the optimization of internal logistics processes in a GxP-regulated environment.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- We are happy to prepare, pack, and ship customer orders. Delivery documents
- Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order documents
- Printing setup and delivery labels and delivery labels
- Creating transport lists Spare parts and setup orders:

- Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order documents
- Processing production orders and delivery notes according to instructions
- Processing printed material accompanying documents for orders

**Incoming goods activities**:

- Accepting and checking shipments for number of packages and visible damage
- Checking delivery notes (correct material, quantity) and booking incoming goods
- If necessary, separate material for incoming goods inspection (WEP)
- Repacking and labeling of material into defined containers
- Courier service - distribution of various materials within the building
- Storage of the material in the specified storage location
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory and recording any differences
- Handling of empty and circulating containers as well as provision of packaging material for disposal

**Requirements**:

- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- 2 years of professional experience in production logistics
- Good knowledge of German and English (min. B1)
- MS Office & SAP knowledge
- Good communication skills with internal customers and suppliers
- Experience in dealing with adjacent interfaces
- Valid forklift license
- Experience in the operational use of logistics systems such as automated warehouse technology

**Nice to haves**:

- ADR driving license
- Experience in handling hazardous and refrigerated goods
- Networked thinking with regard to the conflict of objectives between process quality while adhering to all safety requirements, compliance guidelines and industry specifications
- Basic training in Lean such as White / Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
