**Head Project Management Cable Connectivity RF**:

**Your tasks**:
- Responsible for the Project Management of customer specific projects (product and technology) in the scope of our innovation projects
- Taking over the lead for key initiatives and innovation program
- Presentation of project results to internal and external parties
- Active Interaction with customers and suppliers in the scope of the project
- Support the interface and partnering with customer, suppliers, and third parties
- Preparation of all required documentation through all relevant process steps within the HUBER+SUHNER project landscape
- Provide product leadership and sustainable innovation / differentiation
- Strong interfacing within Product Management & R+D and other functions within H+S IND Segment (e.g. Strategy & Business Development, Operations, Global Sourcing, MarCom)
- Ensure appropriate Change and Knowledge Management
- Strongly support Quality 1st Mentality
**Your profile**:
- For this exciting position, we expect:
- Leadership skills and minimum 5 years’ global leadership experience in a project management / product development environment / understanding of other cultures
- Expert knowledge in project management; Certification to IPMA 4LC Level B or PMI Certified Project Management Professional preferred
- Experience in product life cycle management
- Excellent communication and organization skills targeting a wide range of audiences with culturally and educationally diverse backgrounds
- Talent for an adaptive leadership style characterized by supervision, guidance/leading, Coaching & Mentoring depending on the employee’s needs
- Ability to create a climate of accountability, psychological safety and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong quality and sustainability driven mind-set
- Language skills (German and English are mandatory)
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
- IT Skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office, O365, PDM, ERP Systems
