**Your tasks**:

- Develop, implement and maintain the strategy for your product range out of our high performance cable and assembly portfolio
- Ensure full competitiveness over the entire product life cycle
- Support the product development process
- Responsible for maintaining our product leadership and the development process from the beginning and owning the product launches and taking ownership for the management of inventory and product mixes
- Understand the needs of our key customers as well as the future product and service requirements
- Ensure the availability of the products in our different locations

**Your profile**:

- Engineer with proven professional product management background for technical products in a global B2B environment
- Dynamic and team-oriented personality with very good communication and presentation skills in German and English (oral/written)
- The ability for conceptual thinking and coordination of projects in a complex matrix organization will be an asset
- This position includes international travel activities of 20%
