**Who are we looking for?**

As part of our Project Management Team based in Baden, Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and self-directed Technical Project Manager who is looking forward to working in a dynamic team and be part of a successful and multicultural organization.

Customer Support / Customer Care

**Responsibilities & Deliverables**:
**Required Experience**:

- Qualified customer support in an international environment in the areas of SIC/euroSIC, SECOM, SWIFT and transaction filters in our 'ServiceBureau'
- Receiving, processing and solving 1st-level customer inquiries
- Coordination and escalation to 2nd level support;
- Classify, edit and document tickets and pass them on to 2nd or 3rd level support
- Bug detection and support of the product development in the analysis and solution finding of problems
- Maintenance of the ticket system
- Participation in regular shift work (mornings/evenings) and on-call service (picket)

**Required Experience**:

- Banking experience in payment transactions
- First experience in back office / customer support
- Knowledge of payment transactions such as SIC/euroSIC, SECOM and SWIFT is a plus
- Customer and solution-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Quick comprehension, analytical thinking skills and the ability to recognize complex relationships
- Swiss German at native level, good knowledge of English (French an advantage)
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Ability to work independently
