Provide overall management direction for the stores project realization, renovation and restatement in line with the brand image, the time schedule and budget, under the supervision of the Head of Store Design.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Managing the relationship with the brand partners on the project: Department stores / Malls / Landlords / Co-board / etc.
- Preparing a preliminary schedule for the projects; performing costs estimating and value engineering; supervising all aspects of day-to-day management of construction projects along with the local architect.
- Working, coordinating and gathering the necessary information for the projects in cooperation with all PIAGET departments involved in a store opening and store day-to-day life: Retail / Wholesale / Finance / Legal / Operations / Real Estate / etc.
- Working in coordination with Piaget Store Design and Planning Headquarters and the other consultants on the design of the stores.
- Selecting, hiring, instructing and negotiating costs with consultants (Local Architect, Permitting, etc.) and contractors (General Contractor, Millworker, etc.) in transparency with the Financial and Procurement Department.
- Overseeing and ensuring the respect of the timetable for all phases of the project, including programming, design, development, construction, purchase orders (deliverables including brand supplied items), opening and maintenance.
- Developing and administering project budgets and fiscal controls, contract and quality control; check the correct process of payment and resolution of litigations, in cooperation with Piaget Team.
- Monitoring and coordinating work performed by field staff and construction firms; ensuring that project operations are in compliance with design specifications and with regional policies and regulations, established performance and delivery criteria, and ensuring that brand requirements are being met.
- Supporting the Piaget Store Design and Planning Teams Worldwide in all its missions

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a Master’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering Degree
- You have 5-year experience in Retail construction and architecture, experience in Luxury Business and/or International major fashion companies is a plus
- You have an analytical mindset and project management skills
- You have confirmed CAD skills: Autocad, Sketchup, 3D visualization, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- You are at ease with general office software skills: Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- You are proficient in English, every additional language it’s a plus.
