- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship

**Your Mission**:

- Support the additive manufacturing cell within The Dream On Labs
- Assist in preparing files and determining the productability materials for both additive and -subtractive manufacturing processes
- Service 3D printers, contribute to post-processing tasks, and help maintain high standards of workshop etiquette
- Learn to operate advanced machinery safely and effectively
- Collaborate with a wide range of teams across R&D
- Proactively address challenges by suggesting innovative solutions

**Your story**:

- A passion for creating and a strong affinity for hands-on making
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Positive mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Solid understanding of computer-assisted manufacturing processes; experience with -slicing and CAM software is a plus
- Experience with 3D Printers is a plus

**About the Team**:
The Dream On Labs in Zurich are On’s in-house extensive prototyping facilities, where bold ideas from the brightest minds in R&D come to life. The Labs are home to a small, dynamic, and cross-functional team of experts, all driven by innovation. Together, we create cutting-edge prototypes, samples, and custom footwear in close collaboration with various research and design departments across On.
