We're one of the very few AI B2C companies in Switzerland. Accordingly, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn how to scale effectively in the consumer software space. We scaled 10x in the last 12 months and you will helps us do so again in the next 12.
Tasks
About the Position
As a Marketing & Growth Intern ( not ), you’ll work closely with our CCO to execute and optimize growth strategies. Your tasks will include:

- End-to-end support for creator and ambassador campaigns.
- Setting up systems to monitor and analyze campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights.
- Automating repetitive workflows with tools like Airtable, N8N, and beyond.
- Potentially collaborating on paid ad campaigns.

About You
**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has strong analytical skills and an exceptional sense of ownership
- Learns quickly from scratch, adapts on the fly, and loves solving problems
- Is or has been a student and understands the challenges students face
- Is actively using TikTok and understands its dynamics and trends
- Is fluent in English and German (other European languages are a big plus)
- Has some experience with business analytics, automations, or programming
- Big plus if you’ve been entrepreneurial in some way
