We are actively seeking a **Lab Technician **who enjoys a challenge in **IC validation**, for our Switzerland (Lausanne) office.

**Responsibility and Authority**
- Management of the lab and lab equipment, including calibration and tracking the calibration status
- Lab management activities such as component and equipment orders, shipping and equipment inventory
- Preparing, programming and testing of silicon validation boards
- Electrical rework of hardware boards
- Preparation of test benches
- Organization of equipment demos and rental equipment
- Responsible that the lab complies with ISO9001 Compliance Standards
- Assist with IT related activities in the lab

**Required Competencies - Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Experience with the calibration and use of lab measurement equipment
- Experience with high-speed measurement equipment would be a plus
- Familiarity with ISO9001 Compliance Standards and 5S
- Experience working in a team
- Experience working with external equipment vendors
- Experience with Python is a plus, but not required
- PCB Layout experience would be a plus

**Required Competencies - Skills**
- Apprenticeship and technician degree in Electronics
- Familiarity with lab measurement equipment
- Lab skills (soldering, board rework)
- Team player, but also able to work autonomously
- Inquisitive personality with a willingness to learn
- CH/EU National or holder of a Swiss work permit
