Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain. Our fields of expertise are engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies. We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects - from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.
Tasks
- Review, draft, and negotiation of contractual documents and agreements with customers, cooperation partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Responsible for all contract management issues for the Legal & Compliance department as well as the internal business partners.
- Negotiation of contractual terms with other contracting parties in a professional manner.
- Review and draft Non-Disclosure Agreements, Commission Agreements, Frame Agreements, Non-binding offers, Letters of Interest, Joint Development Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and others. of Interest, Joint Development Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and others.
- Responsible for the preparation and enforcement of own claims as well as the defense of claims of other contractual partners (including necessary documentation, clarification of claim facts, contract analyses, preservation of evidence, correspondence and negotiations with contractual partners, close-out work).
- Advising and assisting the management on all relevant legal and risk related decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Completed bachelor's or master’s degree in law or relevant professional experience in legal matters (qualification of attorney at law is considered a plus)
- \+ 5 years in the renewable energy sector as a Legal
- In depth knowledge of the Swiss Law
- Good understanding of and interest in contract law and business management contexts
- Minimum knowledge of C1 level English and German
- Well-structured, organized, and service-oriented way of working
- Quick comprehension and independent working
- Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
- Empathic, loyal, and forward-looking attitude
