**Personal Assistant - Europe Region (Maternity Cover)**

**Purpose of Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our regional team based in Italy for a 1-year fix term contract. This role will report to the Regional Managing Director - Europe. The primary aspect of this role would be to act as the Personal Assistant to the Regional Managing Director - Europe and the wider Regional Team, so a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. **This role is remote and can be in the following locations: Italy, UK, Poland or Spain.**
**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
The Europe region currently has 7 schools, located in the UK, Italy, Geneva and Poland. Our region is growing at a fast pace, so we are looking for someone who is well structured and organised. They will be warm, professional and be the first point of contact for all external agencies and internal stakeholders whilst providing support to the Regional Managing Director Europe and the wider Regional Team.
You must have excellent computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office suite of programs and a strong internet research skill. Be a self-starter, proactive, able to work independently but also not afraid to ask for help when needed. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have an eye for detail. The ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure are also imperative in this role.
This is a full-time role. Based in Italy and working from home. Must be Fluent in English and Italian, an additional other European Language would be desireable.
- Prioritize urgent actions and make judgments about the urgency of issues/meetings/requests, rescheduling and reorganizing as necessary and coordinating potentially conflicting internal and external responsibilities and pressures.
- Manage complex international travel arrangements, including accommodation, all aspects of itinerary and visas.
- Manage all aspects of event management.
- Anticipate and identify the support requirements of the team in response to changing needs or circumstances, liaising with staff throughout the organization as necessary.
- Attend and contribute to admin and whole staff team meetings.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organization and external agencies.
- Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by the Regional Managing Director - Europe
- Manage that the Regional team is up to date with their Safeguarding training and keeping up to date the records.
