**Main Purpose of the Role**

As _Residential Sales Manager - Lake Geneva_, you will be responsible for launching and growing the residential sales business in Geneva, with a view to expanding Savills’ presence along the Lake Geneva region, including Lausanne and its surroundings. This role is focused on building a portfolio of premium resale mandates, developing a trusted local reputation, and delivering outstanding client service in line with Savills' international standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Residential Sales (primary focus)**:

- Develop a portfolio of high-end resale instructions in Geneva and throughout the Lake Geneva region.
- Identify and build relationships with private owners, developers, and local intermediaries.
- Advise clients on pricing, market strategy, and sales process.
- Provide a high-touch, personalised service throughout every stage of the transaction.
- Represent the Savills brand with discretion, professionalism, and market expertise.

**Strategic Growth and Market Positioning**:

- Position Savills as a leading residential adviser in the Lake Geneva region.
- Build and maintain a strategic client database for both Geneva and Lausanne.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for future office openings or partnerships across the region.
- Support the long-term development of a network of offices and presence along the Lake Geneva corridor.

**Business Development & Client Relationships**:

- Organise and attend relevant networking events and client gatherings.
- Develop local marketing initiatives and represent Savills at regional events.
- Promote the full range of Savills’ global services to clients and partners through the Geneva office.

**Office Management & Coordination**:

- Manage the day-to-day running of the Geneva office (or other future locations), ensuring professional standards.
- Contribute to budgeting, cash flow planning, and office operations in coordination with the head office.
- Liaise regularly with the Swiss administration team to ensure smooth support and compliance.

**Occasional involvement in premium rental activity**:

- Respond selectively to short-term rental requests for high-end clients when relevant.
- Support the delivery of a tailored experience in line with client expectations.

**International Collaboration**:

- Attend the bi-annual Savills International Associates Conference and other key corporate events.
- Build strong working relationships with Savills’ international offices and associate network.
- Leverage cross-border opportunities to attract international clients and referrals.
- Solid background in high-end residential sales, with strong knowledge of the Geneva and Lake Geneva markets.
- Excellent commercial, communication, and client service skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong local market understanding.
- Able to operate autonomously while contributing to a wider international network.
- High professional standards, discretion, and results-oriented approach.
