**Your Role**

As an intern you will mainly be supporting and taking over tasks in the Office Management area. This will include daily and repetitive tasks such as the mail, filing, ordering office supplies, issuing vouchers, etc.

Furthermore, in this role you will plan and organize social events and town hall meetings, follow up on them by sending out surveys and compiling the results.

You will also gain insights into other departments and have the possibility to support on additional tasks such as research, comparing offers and suppliers of benefits and presents for employees, etc.

Take on additional tasks or projects throughout the internship.

**What you’ll need**
- Fluent in English and German, both written and orally (at least B2 level)
- “Hands on” mentality
- Self-organized and solution-oriented
- Can work independently, shows initiative and proactivity
- Excellent organizational skills and priority setting
- Ability to work precisely, detail-oriented and follow up on tasks
