Job Description

This internship role is within the Private Markets Program Management (PMPM) team, located in Switzerland (near Zurich). The team is responsible for a broad array of initiatives, with a primary focus on enhancing client servicing and acquisition processes for LGT CP’s private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate offerings. Moreover, the team takes the lead in testing and implementing new projects, which, upon successful outcomes, are rolled out across the organization.

The PMPM team is offering an internship role to start immediately for at least 4 months and lasting up to 6 months. The successful intern will play a pivotal role within the team, contributing to various tasks including:

- Assisting in the successful implementation and maintenance of a new document sharing platform;
- Supporting the comprehensive rebranding of our private equity marketing materials to align with a newly developed design aesthetic;
- Coordinating and managing a variety of ad-hoc projects at various stages of development for implementation across different teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field;
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead, organize, and manage projects from inception to completion;
- Excellent English writing and communication abilities;
- Proactive, self-starter personality with an international perspective;
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage a significant volume of work.
