**Your Team**

Banking Operations (Business Process as a Service) is a strategic Avaloq service offering, providing Banking Operations outsourcing services to banks globally. Organized as one of the Avaloq Business Areas, Banking Operations ensures high-quality Backoffice services at industry-leading automation, quality, and risk standards. Our highly experienced staff is covering the full suite of services including securities, payments, corporate actions and tax, to name a few.

We are looking for you - an experienced and passionate leader and personality who wants to shape the future of Banking Operations.

**Your mission**
- You play a key role in the development of the global Banking Operations organization over the next years
- You drive the Banking Operations’ strategic agenda and act as change agent and role model for transformation, innovation and business development
- You actively shape the implementation of strategic efficiency and growth initiatives and drive improvement in all dimensions
- You oversee a team of 30 specialists globally, ensuring the overarching functions Risk Management, Business Analytics and Reporting (incl. financial steering and planning), Business Engineering and Innovation as well as People Development and Change Management
- On top, you are supporting the Sales organization in client growth initiatives together with a team of experienced experts
- With your inspiring communication and leadership style, you influence and mobilize colleagues across the organization and jointly achieve outstanding results

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- University degree in engineering or business administration with profound knowledge of the financial industry. Banking Operations is a clear plus
- Professional experience in leadership with proven track in innovation and transformation
- Strong sense of responsibility, drive and “can-do attitude”
- Strong in communicative and winning personality who enjoys working in teams
- IT affinity and process-oriented mindset with comprehension of complex situations
- Business fluent in English. German is an extra asset
