We are profitably growing annual revenues by 100-200%, but will not be sustainably successful unless we manage to source, assess and acquire great talent quickly, predictably.

As Head of Talent, your mission is to grow the SalesPlaybook team from 5 to 20+ FTEs and scaling our freelance talent pool from 10 to 100+ talents by continuously sourcing, acquiring and retaining top entrepreneurial talent for various roles.

The positions will vary from entry-level to executive-level position, with a focus on B2B sales people by leveraging your already existing experience, network and processes, but also by building a talent-centric culture.

This role requires you to be deeply curious, communicative, proactive and persuasive, but also analytical, structured and process-oriented.

What you will achieve
- Design & execute recruiting strategies to attract, acquire and hire top talent
- Evaluate and refine sourcing, acquiring and retention procedures
- Establish and improve excellent talent experience from initial contact to last day
- Build a strong employer brand to develop strong talent pipelines

**Requirements**:

- **Hands-on experience** **with talent sourcing, acquisition, onboarding and retention**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team-management abilities
- You are **fluent** in both **German and English** in writing and speaking
- **You are based in German-Speaking Switzerland** (remote)
