Head Group Tax - Full Time - Baar, Switzerland

Join our team in Baar as Head Group Tax and contribute to establish the corporate tax function to ensure an efficient framework for medmix’s business activities.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Ensuring an efficient, sustainable, and compliant tax framework including oversight responsibility for the tax risk management process
- Managing and supporting tax audits and collaborating with the local finance organization to develop the strategy, positioning, and execution of audit activities
- Partnering with our subsidiaries and provide tax advice in the areas of legal structures, corporate income tax, transfer pricing and other tax related matters in our global business
- Collaboration with the treasury function on intercompany financing and with legal department on the preparation of intercompany agreements
- Managing all aspects of the relationship with external tax service providers
- The follow-up on tax legislation changes in collaboration with local finance managers
- Tax accounting and reporting including income tax reporting package review
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions and refinancing projects
- Preparation of tax disclosures for consolidated financial statements

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and Swiss Certified Tax Expert
- At least 6 years’ experience in a similar position within a listed, multinational, or international tax advisory company (BIG4)
- Solid understanding of international tax and international reporting standards (IFRS)
- Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude
- Experience in project management
- Strong presentation and communication skills and capable of interacting with different stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German
