B2b Digital Marketing Manager

**Location: Remote**

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our own what. brand to the next level. Until now the responsibility for our own marketing was with the partners and we want to recruit an experienced professional, who would take the lead of our own marketing strategy for what., including the development of our marketing plan & implementation in order to develop our brand, visibility and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and lead the implementation of the marketing plan for what.
- Further development of our website, including content marketing, traffic & lead generation (SEO improvements, new content, landing pages, new features, marketing automation)
- Manage live Growth Hacking Meetups and podcasts (screening of startups, event promotion and communication)
- Improving marketing processes
- Personal branding and PR campaigns for the team members and featured projects (e.g. getting interview opportunities, content opportunities, social media, newsletters, blog articles etc)
- Project management - to ensure marketing work gets done, including own time and task management
- Create and implement any new marketing ideas - sky's the limit here
- The role has a lot of scope for growth and the above list is likely to be expanded as the brand continues to grow.
