**Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities related to software development and testing to ensure that resource, timeline and quality goals are accomplished.

Responsibilities of the role will include:_**
- Teaching Agile and Scrum framework, principles, and merits
- Support building self-organized and cross-functional teams
- Facilitation
- Coach and mentor assigned teams
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame with an emphasis of problem solving
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Facilitating Scrum events and providing coaching to further improve Agile maturity of teams
- Ensuring team maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery of business value
- Helping team proactively identify impediments and recommending solutions to remove impediments

**_Specifically, within given team:_**
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional agile teams and Product Owner, regarding project status, issues, and priorities
- Being a servant leader to the team
- Maintaining a strong cross-functional team to establish and manage the team's strategy and delivery against roadmap
- Managing continuous improvement across the roadmap delivery and practice, driving towards Rapid, Reliable and Repeatable
- Maintaining transparency through relevant JIRA dashboards and metrics for continuous improvement to communicate project/team health and status
- Creating and facilitating a collaborative, empowered team's progress toward ownership of customer and team satisfaction, fostering creativity and innovation
- Ensuring compliance with software quality engineering policies and standards

**Job Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Scrum framework
- Advanced knowledge of English, spoken fluently
- Coaching / skills - Active listener
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships with the Scrum team and stakeholders
- Comfortable working with multiple teams, both in-house and remote
- Excellent communication skills

**Desired skills**:

- Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III PSMI, PSMII, PSMIII - Scrum.Org is an advantage
- Certified Scrum Master CSM - Agile Alliance and other certifications are desired
