‍‍ As a **Scrum Master** at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of:

- Building a high-performing team
- Helping the Agile Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Helping the Agile Team to focus on quality first and continuously improving their development pipeline by adopting DevOps and agile practices
- Coaching the Agile Team to own their product(s)
- Coaching the Agile Team to adopt and work in agile, such as self-management, cross-functionality, collaboration
- Coaching the Agile Team to work within the Agile Release Train
- Coaching the Agile Team to forecast realistic sprint contents with a sustainable pace
- Organizing all Scrum and SAFE events in a positive, productive atmosphere and keeping them within the timebox
- Removing impediments and waste
- Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Helping the team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items

**Profile**:

- 2+ years experience as Scrum master, with demonstrable achievements
- 1+ year experience as Scrum master in scaled agile setup (SAFe)
- Good know-how of agile frameworks / methods such as Scrum, Kanban
- Good know-how of agile practices such as TDD, BDD, pair programming, relative estimation...
- Good know-how of DevOps practices and software engineering practices
- PSM or CSM certification
- Very good verbal and written English, German or French is a serious advantage Practical knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence
