Director Corporate Finance und M&A / 80-100%

Als Vorgesetzte/r eines spezialisierten Projektteams begleitest Du Kunden diverser Branchen und Grössen bei herausfordernden Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Corporate Finance und M&A. Dein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Deine Begeisterung für kundenspezifische Problemstellungen erlauben es Dir, bei M&A Transaktionen, Finanzierungen, sowie bei Bewertungsfragen Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben
- Du analysierst komplexe Fragestellung aus dem Bereich Corporate Finance, entwickelst Lösungen und präsentierst die Ergebnisse den Kunden
- Du führst ein Corporate Finance Team mit engagierten und initiativen Mitarbeitern und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du kümmerst Dich um M&A-Transaktionen, Bewertungen sowie Finanzierungen
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eine unserer Fokusbranchen
- Du bist aktiv bei der Kundenbetreuung und der Gewinnung neuer Kunden
- Du verantwortest und setzt diverse interne Projekte im Rahmen unserer Marktbearbeitungsstrategie um (Studien, Weiterentwicklung Dienstleistungen etc.)

Qualifikation

Das bringst Du mit
- Eine abgeschlossene universitäre Ausbildung in Banking & Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder Accounting & Finance
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Lösung komplexer finanzwirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen
- Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung als M&A- oder Corporate Finance-Berater/in oder in ähnlicher Stellung innerhalb eines Unternehmens
- Persönliches Netzwerk, welches Du in Deiner Arbeit nutzen kannst
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern sowie mit (Teil-)Projektverantwortung
- Know-how im Financial Modelling
- Motivation für qualitativ hochstehende Arbeitsergebnisse
- Eigeninitiative, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und fachliche Neugierde
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
