**About the job**:
As a Manager or Associate Partner within the RCR team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality consulting services to our banking clients. In addition, you will also help shaping and driving the strategic direction of the RCR practice in Switzerland.
- Engage in and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective banking clients.
- Lead client engagement initiatives, understanding their unique challenges, and offering tailored solutions that drive value and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.

**Thought Leadership**:

- Contribute to and execute our RCR strategy in Switzerland that aligns with Synpulse's overall business strategy and global RCR objectives.
- Drive business development efforts in your field of expertise to identify and capture new opportunities across key regulatory, risk and compliance topics.
- Provide thought leadership, staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.
- Be point of contact for knowledge in your field of expertise.
- Publish articles, whitepapers, and thought leadership content to contribute to Synpulse's presence as a trusted advisor.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants within the practice, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support in project execution, ensuring the team delivers expert solutions to clients.

**About you**:

- 8+ years of experience for Manager level and 15+ years of experience for Associate Partner level in the area of Compliance - ideally financial market regulation within a Swiss bank
- Experience in project management
- Expert knowledge in the area of Compliance - ideally Swiss financial market regulation
- Track record in performing independent risk reviews and assessments, bringing strategic insights and practical recommendations
- Experience in interacting with regulators is an advantage for the Associate Partner role
- Experience in managing teams on complex projects while motivating team members to succeed
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
- Business acumen and market understanding as well as an entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc or MBA)
- Fluent in German and English
