We provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to ensure organizations remain resilient, well-governed, and fully compliant in an evolving regulatory landscape.Advise clients on regulatory requirements, financial market licenses, and interactions with supervisory authoritiesSupport regulated entities in navigating complex regulatory challenges such as enforcement, bankruptcy, and resolutionDevelop and implement governance structuresReview AML and compliance risk frameworks in line with evolving regulatory standardsSupport and manage regulatory-driven projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while providing strategic guidance to clientsHow you can make an impactYou will have the possibility to work on risk, regulatory and compliance projects with top tier financial institutions and establish expertise across key topics for the financial services industryBe part of a highly motivated and ambitious team with deep expertise in Swiss and European financial market rules and regulations that will support your professional and personal developmentYou get the opportunity to assume responsibility and have direct client contact from day oneYou will participate in planning and executing of go-to-market activitiesWho We Are Looking ForUniversity degree in law; additional certifications (e.g. post-graduate studies) are a plusExperience in financial regulation, governance, and compliance, with project management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in advising client representativesFluency in German (native preferred) and very good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of French, Italian or other languages are a plusYour Team You will join our Zurich-based team of interdisciplinary experts, combining backgrounds in law, economics, finance, and technology.
