We provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to ensure organizations remain resilient, well-governed, and fully compliant in an evolving regulatory landscape.Advise clients on regulatory requirements, financial market licenses, and interactions with supervisory authorities Support regulated entities in navigating complex regulatory challenges such as enforcement, bankruptcy, and resolution Develop and implement governance structures Review AML and compliance risk frameworks in line with evolving regulatory standards Support and manage regulatory-driven projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws while providing strategic guidance to clients How you can make an impact You will have the possibility to work on risk, regulatory and compliance projects with top tier financial institutions and establish expertise across key topics for the financial services industry Be part of a highly motivated and ambitious team with deep expertise in Swiss and European financial market rules and regulations that will support your professional and personal development You get the opportunity to assume responsibility and have direct client contact from day one You will participate in planning and executing of go-to-market activities Who We Are Looking For University degree in law; additional certifications (e.g. post-graduate studies) are a plus Experience in financial regulation, governance, and compliance, with project management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in advising client representatives Fluency in German (native preferred) and very good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of French, Italian or other languages are a plus Your Team You will join our Zurich-based team of interdisciplinary experts, combining backgrounds in law, economics, finance, and technology.
