Votre cabinet de confiance **Safeguard Global** recherche pour l’un de ses partenaires, son futur talent au poste de **"Purchasing Process Center Manager"** **Poste**: **Vos principales responsabilités en tant que Responsable du Purchasing Process Center**: - Superviser une équipe et déléguer des tâches si nécessaire. - Superviser les tâches administratives liées au soutien des activités d'approvisionnement. - Développer des processus et des méthodes de travail entre le centre de processus et les parties prenantes. - Développer un Front Office (Processus & Équipe) pour effectuer des tâches d'activités de demandeurs indirects dans SAP. - Gérer le processus d'achat et assurer le respect des normes légales et réglementaires. - Collaborer avec des personnes clés pour assurer la clarté des spécifications et des attentes de l'entreprise. - Mise en place et maintenance de Process Center incluant un Front Office Indirect. - Gestion Directe des Analystes Achats. - Soutenir Product Owner sur la définition du meilleur système. - Participer au projet de groupe impactant les processus d'achat et le système. - Agir comme point central pour l'escalade. - Coordonner l'interaction avec le centre de processus et les parties prenantes. Indicateurs de performance: - Respect de l'Accord de Niveau de Service - Niveau de satisfaction des parties prenantes - Efficacité du processus / Amélioration continue Interfaces principales: - Responsable des Opérations Achats (rapports) - Équipe Sourcing Stratégique - Équipe d'Achat Locale (PLPM) - Équipe Gestion Performance Fournisseur - IL - Supply Chain Manager - Directeur Financier **Profil**: **À quoi devrait ressembler votre expérience professionnelle**: - 5+ ans d'expérience opérationnelle dans le centre de processus - Expérience dans le secteur des achats et de la fabrication industrielle - Maîtrise des processus Achats à Payer - Projet transformation lead - Gestion d'équipe directe et fonctionnelle - Baccalauréat ou Master **Compétences clés**: - Utilisation des outils (SAP, Excel, logiciel de gestion tiers) - Aptitude dans la prise de décision et le travail avec les chiffres - Expérience de travail éprouvée en tant que gestionnaire de centre de processus - Leadership - Gestion transversale - Un état d'esprit mondial - Changement et gestion d'équipe - Langue: Anglais obligatoire, Français un plus - Gestion multiculturelle - Capacité à travailler avec une équipe à distance
