**Le département industrialisation d'une prestigieuse manufacture horlogère nous mandate sur le recrutement en CDI d'un:
**Chef de projet Machine spéciale**

Vous serez chargé(e) de piloter des projets de développement et d'implémentation de solutions d'automatisation novatrices.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Concevoir des solutions d'automatisation innovantes pour différents procédés horlogers,
- Manager une équipe projet et assurer la communication entre les parties prenantes, direction, externes/internes et clients internes,
- Élaborer des offres et des spécifications techniques en tenant compte des exigences des clients et en respectant les budgets préétablis.
- Définir et superviser des études de faisabilité pour l'intégration de nouvelles technologies ou de processus innovants.
- Assurer la supervision et la coordination complètes des projets, de la phase de commande jusqu'à l'acceptation client en production, en collaborant avec des spécialistes et experts internes et externes.
- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et à la standardisation pour maintenir un avantage technologique.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Diplôme d'ingénieur (master, bachelor) en microtechnique, mécanique, ou automation
- Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'automatisation ou des machines spéciales, de préférence dans l'industrie horlogère.
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projets industriels.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Flexibilité naturelle et aptitude à l'innovation pour relever les défis techniques.
- Vous comprenez et parlez français et allemand
