Nous recrutons, pour l'un de nos clients lausannois, un ou une Change Consultant pour une longue mission:
**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Change Consultant vous prenez en charge la conduite et l'accompagnement au changement. Vous préparez et planifiez les étapes (méthodologie PROSCI) De plus, vous rédigez les documents de suivi et accompagnez les streamleads et BA dans la prise en charge du changement. Vous documentez le projet et réalisez des supports écrits.

**Profil**:

- Bachelor en IT ou équivalent
- Experience de quelques années en Change Management (gestion/conduite du changement)
- Expérience en gestion de projets
- Connaissances en Assurance Qualité Suisse, un plus
- Certification PROSCI, un plus
- Français obligatoire. Allemand, un plus.
