Job Title: Change Consultant

Mission Description:
Lead and support change management for the following streams:

- Automation of invoice processes
- Efficiency stream

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

- Plan and schedule change steps
- Utilize Prosci methodology
- Draft tracking documents according to Prosci
- Support stream leads and Business Analysts in change implementation
- Develop change support materials

Practice/Experience:

- Experience in Change Management activities
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge/Experience in Swiss Health Insurance is a plus
- PROSCI knowledge/certification is a plus

Dates and Service Volume:

- Starting from 10.05.24 for 120 days

Additional Information:

- Experienced profile (multiple experiences in change management)
- Language requirements: French, good proficiency
- German is a plus
- Mission based in Lausanne
- No home office possible (unless expressly agreed upon by the mission supervisor)

Per Day Rate:

- Negotiable between 1’100 CHF and 1’800 CHF

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 120 days

Pay: CHF1’100.00 - CHF1’800.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
