**Discover the Role**

The Office Administration Intern supports the local office with various internal administrative tasks and internal projects as assigned on a case-by-case basis.

He/She follows instructions closely and executes assignments to his/her best efforts.

Internship: minimum duration of 6 months, preferably 12 months), with a preferred workload of 100% (minimum 80%).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support reception/office management tasks:

- Mail handling, courier shipments
- Maintain visitors’ log
- Other: supplies & groceries, reception of visitors, preparing/tidying up meeting room, maintenance & repairs of office equipment, etc.
- Petty cash management (issue reimbursements, monthly count, scanning receipts, etc.)
- ISO support (clean desk check, managing back-up tapes, provide copies of local logs, etc)
- IT support on the ground (badge assistance, remote access support, etc.)
- Support various projects as assigned on a case by case basis

**Key Requirements**
- Being available for an internship for at least 6 months (minimum duration of 6 months, preferably 12 months), with a preferred workload of 100% (minimum 80%)
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365 - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Records time accurately in the Timesheet software on a weekly basis
- Communicates (verbally and in writing) information in clear, concise and professional manner in English (French and/or German language skills is an advantage)
- Acts with integrity and respect
