**Job Purpose**
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Deploy technology solutions in line with our digital ambition and strategic business priorities, such as AI-based sales forecast, autonomous planning, dynamic production plan, etc.
- Develop a high-performance team with strong leadership skills and technology expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders providing technology expertise and driving innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and to enhance customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the area of supply chain management. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
**Requirements needed**
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field and/or related working experience
Experience & personal attributes
- 10+ years of experience with technologies and data analytics, preferably in supply chain management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics and industry trends.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management software, ERP systems (e.g. ECC and S/4), and emerging technologies (e.g. AWS).
- Capacity to face and adapt to challenges to overcome them (resilience)
- Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE)
