Technology Workstream Lead - Supply Chain Planning (Pharma) vacancy a globally operating Basel based company in the Pharma sector**.**

**Your tasks**:

- Developing and leading technology strategies to ensure seamless integration and execution
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver milestones and outcomes on time and within scope
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to communicate progress, address risks, and facilitate strategic decisions
- Mitigating risks by identifying potential challenges in technology implementation and addressing them proactively
- Ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable technology solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives to support technology adoption and process optimization

**Your experience/knowledge**:

- Proficiency in leading technological transformation programs with a proven record of successful implementation and integration
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects
- Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels to foster collaboration and alignment
- Knowledge of change management principles with experience driving organizational change initiatives
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies to deliver high-quality technology solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry to ensure compliance in technology implementations
