**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Konzeption bis Operationalisierung_
- Entwicklung einer zielgerichteten Marketing-Kommunikationsstrategie sowie Mitwirkung bei der Markenentwicklung der Live Marketing Plattformen IFAS und ILMAC
- Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Entwicklung, Organisation und Umsetzung des Kommunikationskonzeptes mit den einzelnen Massnahmen (on-/offline) im Rahmen der definierten Ziele, Budgets und Termine
- Management sämtlicher Kommunikationskanäle Print und Digital (Mailings, Website, Kampagnenmassnahmen)
- Mitentwicklung bei Konzipierung von Begleitveranstaltungen
- Strategische Medienarbeit sowie Redaktion von Medien
- und Werbetexten, Steuerung von PR-Agenturen
- Stakeholder Management_
- Verantwortung für Entwicklung und Umsetzung von relevantem Content für die Stakeholdergruppen
- Auf
- und Ausbau einer 365Tage Präsenz bei Community
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Spezialisten und externen Dienstleistern (Agenturen, Druckereien etc.)
- Auf
- und Ausbau sowie Betreuung von Key Stakeholdern (Medien, Partner, Sponsoren)
- Erfolgskontrolle_
- Verantwortlich für die quantitativen und qualitativen Ziele in der Kommunikation sowie deren Erreichng
- Controlling, Analyse und Reporting der Kommunikationsmassnahmen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BA oder MA) im Bereich Kommunikation oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Digital, Public Relations oder Marketing sowie Eventmanagement
- Interesse bzw. Kenntnisse der relevanten Branche(n) von Vorteil
- Hohe Affinität zur digitalen Marketingkommunikation
- Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für Events und Live Marketing
- Mediennetzwerk von Vorteil
- Interesse an der Life Science Branche von Vorteil
- Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse D/E/F
