**Beschreibung**:
For our international partner, Roche Glycart AG based in Schlieren ZH, we are looking for a qualified and motivated **Biology Research Associate** for a contract of six months.

They are looking for a research associate to support with biology characterization and implication of different approaches to deliver drugs to the tumor environment. With the arrival of new molecules they are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to support their team during this peak time.

**Tasks**:

- Investigate new mechanisms to deliver drugs to the tumor environment
- Be responsible to address topics and perform tasks that are necessary to successfully achieve the objectives of the project
- Proactively execute assays necessary for the project
- Develop and implement new assays necessary for the success of the project
- Perform data collection, analysis and interpretation
- Independent design and facilitation of studies
- Prepare documentation in accordance with Roche guidelines

**Must Haves**:

- One or more years of hands-on experience with functional assay development and optimization
- Proficiency with immune cell characterization techniques (e.g. ELISA, lymphocyte activation, multi-colour flow cytometry)
- In-depth understanding of immune cell biology, cell signaling, and cancer biology
- Strong hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology
- Highly motivated and flexible to work on challenging frontline projects
- Previous experience with FACS analysis - FlowJo and GraphPad prism
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
- An excellent team player with the ability to work independently with exceptional planning and organizational skills
