PDL Zurich is looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead our padel center with

8 indoor courts. This role involves managing daily operations, staff, and customer

experience in a structured and professional environment.

**About PDL Zurich**

PDL Zurich is a functional and well-organized padel facility where players of all levels

can train and play. The center includes 8 courts, a reception area, and basic amenities.

**About the Role**

As Center Manager, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operations and managing

the team of coaches and reception staff. You will oversee daily activities, handle

administrative tasks, and maintain a high standard of service for members and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overall responsibility for the service quality and reputation of the Padel Center.
- Drive sales with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding budgets and targets.
- Manage and coordinate coaches and reception staff.
- Conduct salary negotiations and team meetings.
- Keeping the website and social-media channels up to date.
- Placing orders and maintaining efficient inventory control.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the center.
- Handle administration, scheduling, invoicing, and financial tracking.
- Organize and coordinate tournaments, events, and activities.

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**
- Communicates clearly and professionally with staff and customers.
- Has experience in managing teams and operations in a sports or similar
- environment.
- Is disciplined, reliable, helpful and customer-oriented.
- Is passionate about sports and identifies with padel.
- Is organized, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Can work independently while maintaining a structured approach.
- Speaks German and English fluently.

**Additional Information**
- Full-time position (100%)
- Work includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Start date as soon as possible
