Support us at our location in Rapperswil-Jona (CH) or Ratingen (DE). **MAIN TASKS**: As Quality Manager Ceramics, you will be responsible for securing our high-quality standard in ceramic supply. This includes the following activities in particular: - Support projects on new developments, product modifications and production transfers for all QM tasks - Manage serious customer claims and stock blocks for ceramics - Coordinate regular exchange between markets and manufacturing - Carry out annual quality audits in manufacturing plants - Review plant improvement with manufacturing plants - Track progress in routine functional testing for manufacturing plants **PROFILE**: You have a strong technical understanding and first experience in QM and/or ceramics. In addition, you are distinguished by the following points: - Convincing and addressee-appropriate communication style - Team player with assertiveness and organizational talent - Advanced written and spoken English skills, German is nice to have - Good knowledge in MS Office Are you also willing to travel 1-2 times per month (20%)?
