Reporting to HR Learning & Development Manager, you will be in charge to design and develop engaging and impactful digital learning content, as part of our mission to transform AP Learning Culture.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Create the Global Digital Learning Strategy
- Design eLearning journeys, either in-house or collaborating with external suppliers.
- Conduct training needs analysis within AP and various departments like Industrial and support functions.
- Develop and deliver Digital content using various L&D tools such as: course authoring tool Articulate 360 Rise & Storyline, LMS Cornerstone
- Secure accessibility and visibility of the Digital offer.
- Analyse digital learning engagement at AP.
**Qualifications**
- You have at least 7 year-experience designing and developing digital content.
- You are driven by a mission to maximise learning transfer and support the development of our collaborators and our Business.
- You have a strong Business Acumen.
- You possess strong analytical skills, feel at ease with reporting, and you are results and detailed-oriented.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders is definitely one of your strength.
- Empathetic, creative with a growth mindset.
- Bilingual in English and French is a must. Other languages a plus.
- You have solid competence using L&D tools such as: LMS Cornerstone, Articulate 360 : Rise & Storyline ; Scorm, MS office; Power BI is a plus.
- Ideally you understand what the reality of Watchmaking Industry is about.
It is an hybrid position, a mix of locations in Le Brassus, Crissier and home office.
