**Education Training Manager**

In this role you will develop and maintain all clinical training programs for surgeons and surgical staff, as well as field employees. You will Implement and manage training curricula and certification processes, improve and develop training manuals, present in-person training sessions to customers, and monitor training for effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Tasks
- Design, implement and continuously improve clinical training programs for surgeons and OR staff, as well as employees (sales, clinical specialists).
- Create and maintain all training materials and tools, and ensure compliance with FDA and MDR requirements, as well as internal post-market surveillance processes.
- Assess training program efficacy and establish qualification and continuous improvement processes.
- Manage and be the face of our Training center. Organize and lead related customer events.
- Implement and manage on-site and remote proctorship programs as needed.
- Liaise with KOL network, external training sites, and surgical societies to collaborate on robotic training programs.
- Define, develop, qualify and deploy training-related technologies including surgical simulators, learning management systems, and their respective integration into other customer portals.
- Build and grow digital training ecosystem and its online community.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Education in Engineering, Nursing or equivalent
- Background in medtech, ideally OR environment
- Min 5 years of experience in medical device training (creating, maintaining and executing clinical education program)
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Resilience and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Understanding of US and EU regulatory requirements, and associated best practices regarding the training of surgeons and nurses. Experience in interacting with FDA is a plus
- Fluent in English. Other European languages a plus
