Online Sales Operations Coordinator

In close alignment with our e-commerce strategy, we are looking for a motivated, digital and detail oriented individual to expand our e-commerce team at the earliest possible date. You will work for a luxury sport brand full of potential, be part of a dynamic team, in a flat hierarchy organization. Full-time permanent contract.

Tasks

About your Key Responsibilities
- Own channel operations on all our marketplace & dropship operations
- Managing online B2B customers’ orders on a daily basis, use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle
- Coordinate with suppliers for all orders and logistics issues
- Improve logistics process to enhance order fulfillment performance
- Work closely with supply chain department to ensure the demands of our online customers are fulfilled
- Manage return and shortage process, make sure each case is carefully reviewed and analyzed
- Develop sales report, sales forecasts, and related analytical data
- Invoicing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years sales operations/ logistics experiences, ideally in sport industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with Sales Force and SAP system
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure and against ambitious deadlines
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a plusBachelor’s Degree
