**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Vermittlung der Vision und Strategie für den **Service Retail & Omnichannel** mit den Abteilungen Sales, Marketing und Product
- ** Analyse und Priorisierung von Geschäftsanforderungen**, Formulierung von Zielen und User Stories
- ** Planung und Leitung von Projekten und Initiativen** wie z.B. Länder-Rollouts und Implementation zusätzlicher Softwaremodule
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern und Designern sowie Management von Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen
- Koordination der Release-Planung, des Applikationsmanagements, der Softwareentwicklung und des Testings
- ** Etablierung **und Organisation des **2nd und 3rd Level Supports** sowie der Key User Community

**Deine Skills**:

- Weiterbildung auf tertiärer Stufe (Fokus Business Administration oder Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Product/Service Ownership, POS (Cash Register) Software, E-Commerce oder Customer Experience Management
- Sehr gute **Stakeholder-Management Kenntnisse** in den Bereichen Business Analysis,** Requirements Engineering** und **Process Design (UML)**:

- Erfahrung in der **Leitung globaler Projekte**:

- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Level C1)
- Proaktive und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte **Kommunikationskompetenz**:

- Kreative, selbständige und netzwerkorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
