Our Legal Department’s mission is to provide legal and regulatory support to the Business areas in their
responsibility to comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures. Our Legal team
provides advisory service for all legal aspects of the various business lines’ activities in Switzerland,
manages legal cases and litigations and reviews and updates existing legal agreements and contracts. The
department is also instrumental in all legal aspects related to Swiss financial regulatory matters as well as on
financial transactions.
To support the Head of Legal in all aspects of the Bank’s legal affairs matters, we are currently offering an
exciting internship opportunity for a Legal trainee to join our legal team.
What you will do
- Conduct research, legal assessments, and draft legal memos
- Handle client complaints and succession cases
- Handle inquiries from authorities, such as criminal, administrative, and civil proceedings
- Draft and/or review legal general documentation, contracts, agreements, policies, and client/corporate

documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide administrative support to the legal team

What we are looking for
- Bachelor and Master in Swiss Law
- Excellent organizational skills, independent, agile, enthusiastic, initiative and service-oriented
- A high degree of personal integrity
- Excellent command of English and French, German is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Valid working permit
