Wir suchen dich als
Head of Corporate Communication (all genders, 80-100%)
Als Leiter des Corporate Communication Teams von Mammut hilfst du dabei, die Reputation des Unternehmens mittels exzellenter, konsistenter, interner und externer Kommunikation zu pflegen, zu orchestrieren und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln. Mit einer Leidenschaft für Menschen, Kommunikation und unsere Berge verbinden wir die Bedürfnisse von Outdoor-Enthusiasten mit den Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Communities von Mammut.
Tu was du liebst:
- Dir gehört die Gesamtverantwortung und Teamleitung im Bereich Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie Unternehmenskommunikation
- Du leistest strategische Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Positionierung von CEO und anderen Geschäftsleitungsmitgliedern
- Du übernimmst die globale Leitung über die Medienarbeit inklusive Wirtschaftspresse, B2B, Special lnterest «Outdoor Sport» und Lifestyle Medien
- Du führst eine enge interne Zusammenarbeit und Beratung in der B2C Kommunikation
- Du bist für die Konzeption, Kreation, Planung sowie Durchführung von integrierten Kommunikationsmassnahmen und Corporate Storytelling zuständig
- Du trägst die Verantwortung über das Krisenmanagement sowie lssue Monitoring
- Du bist Sprecher der Mammut Sports Group und sorgst für den kontinuierlichen Ausbau des Mediennetzwerks
- Du führst die PR Agentur für den Raum EMEA sowie unterstützt und leitest andere Märkte
Zeig was du kannst:
- Du verfügst über einen Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich der Kommunikation oder Publizistik
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, in der PR/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und/oder in einer Agentur
- Du bringst exzellente schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit, strukturiertes Denken und Schreiben, Sicherheit in verschiedenen Textsorten, inklusive digitalem Content mit
- Du verfügst über ausgewiesene Führungskompetenz
- Du hast Erfahrung im Kontakt mit internationalen Medien und Special Interest Magazinen im Outdoor
- und Sportbereich
- Du bist eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit, kommunikativ, teamfähig, selbstbewusst und belastbar, mit Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Wissensdrang
- Du bist ein wahres Organisations
- und Koordinationstalent
- Du bringst ausgeprägte Team
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lernfähigkeit mit
- Du hast Freude am Schreiben, am Kontakt mit Medien sowie zahlreichen internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
- Du kannst dich ausgezeichnet auf Deutsch und Englisch ausdrücken (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Du bist IT-affin und bringst wertvolle Office-Fähigkeiten mit
- Deine Begeisterung für Bergsport, Menschen und Natur ist enorm
