**Your responsibilities**:

- Testing and implementation of automated mailings and reactivation campaigns
- Creatively use consumer insights and data to segment different audiences
- Support our loyalty management initiatives with planning and executing of campaigns, research and benchmark analysis
- Collaborate with the social media and paid media team to align and implement communication across multiple digital touchpoints

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Digital Marketing
- Some experience in concept and development of marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of the marketing tech ecosystem and of which role each piece of technology plays
- High degree of initiative, innovativeness, and creativity
- Strong collaboration skills and a true team player
- Ability to work independently and result-oriented with a attention to detail
- Fluent (written & spoken) in English, any additional language is a plus
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, experience with Asana is a plus
- Enthusiasm for the mountains and outdoor sports
