Weekly Hours: 40 hours

**Tasks**:

- Collection, analysis, and classification of disparate and structured data.
- Scaling solutions for processing a variety of data.
- Setting development tasks, communicating with both the business team and the technical team.
- Leadership and management of the data management team, as well as the modernization of the work process depending on changes in business needs.
- Drawing up an individual development plan for team members, holding 1-1 meetings.
- Participation in the recruitment process.
- Communication with related teams.

**Our expectations**:

- Stack: Python, C++, Pybind11, Nomad, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Hashicorp Vault, OpenSearch, Internal and external S3 storages.
- Experience managing one or more teams.
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
- Experience working with databases.
- Python 3.7+ programming experience.
- Experience working with Linux systems (3+ years).
- The ability to make a choice of appropriate metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of models.

**Additionally**:

- Willingness to discuss relocation to Georgia;
- The ability to work from anywhere in the world.
