**ROLE SUMMARY**
**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**
We are looking for a highly motivated, analytically strong team player who is eager to contribute to strengthening our Field Force. You will support the team on its day-to-day business and contribute to the development and implementation of BAT’s strategy in the retail environment for both Combustible and Potentially Risk Reduced Products.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Managing the 3rd party Merchandisers Team to ensure excellence in implementation of BAT merchandising and lay outing strategy; this includes management of a yearly plan and budget.
- Coaching Swiss German / Swiss French 3rd party Merchandisers during Field Visits on business objectives implementation to successfully implement and achieve operational plans.
- Continuously providing recommendations to increase BAT Representatives & 3rd party Merchandisers’ efficiency by reducing administrative workload developing new tools and files that facilitate their daily business.
- Generating innovative ideas based on own Field expertise, insights, and market analysis to deliver best in class retail cycle communication for all brands ensuring relevance and meaningfulness of brand communication in Retail for Swiss consumers.
- Establishing a strong working relationship with Key Accounts Management, Retail Activation & Brand Teams to be always up to date in terms of respective contractual framework, retail stores platform status and capabilities.
- Overseeing and manage the different Field Force projects in scope.
- Managing retail stores in a territory for up to 20% of worktime; manage part-time relationship and activities in retail stores in the Lausanne/La Cote area, being fully accountable as a BAT Trade marketing representative.
**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Fluent in French or German with very good command in the other language, good level of English is a nice to have.
- Good ability to analyse situations, recommend solutions and action plans within organizational policy.
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, PPT).
- Excellent communicator with all stakeholders and team player.
