**JOB TITLE**:Field Force Internship

**DURATION**:Fixed term - 6 months

**FUNCTION**:Marketing

**REPORTS TO**: Field Force Manager

**CITY & COUNTRY**:Lausanne, Switzerland

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

  • You will support the Field Force team on its day-to-day business and ensure that BAT strategy is correctly translated in the field for both Combustible and Potentially Risk Reduced Products; you will support the team in developing and train our Field Representatives, and also contribute to the development and execution of projects with Consumers Experience or Key Account departments.
  • You will also perform administrative tasks to ensure that all the relevant infos are up to date and available for the business

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

  • Supporting the Field Force team with education on new launches for Representatives, as well as tracking of launches performance.
  • Be the link between the Field Force Team leader and the office on ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
  • Establishing strong working relationship with the whole Marketing department to ensure seamless implementation of platform’s activities.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing or similar
  • Fluent either in French or German, English being a strong plus
  • Independence and solution-oriented work
  • Eager to learn and seeking challenges
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and highly motivated
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
