**Finance Intern - Personal Workspace**

**Location: Lausanne, Switzerland**

**Team: BG Finance**

**Duration: 3 months**

**The Role**:
At Logitech, our FP&A team plays a vital role in driving strategic and financial insight across the business. We’re now looking for a Finance Intern to join our Personal Workspace (PWS) business groups.

In this role, you will help drive the sales growth, margin improvement as well as strong controls over the financial planning, analysis and reporting. The objective is to drive financially sound decisions that are consistent with the Business Group’s (BG) priorities & strategies and more generally the interest of the Company overall.

In this role, you will primarily interact with the PWS FP&A Lead, Financial Analysis Lead, BU Leads & Teams, Corporate finance. From a functional side, there are frequent interactions with Regional Finance, Operations, and other functional teams.

From a commercial standpoint, the position will give you an opportunity to work in close contact with the realities of world famous names from the consumer electronics industry. You will live daily with the pace of innovation, technology, product design and the demands of the international financial markets.

In this role you will:

- Analyze performance trends across revenue, margin, and operating expenses & providing insights to support PWS Finance Lead in making financially sound decisions

- Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly outlook cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

- Provide insightful perspective to PWS Finance and BUs teams on financial matters for existing and new product line launch

- Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards, enhancing visibility into business performance

- Drive process improvements, helping the team streamline workflows and increase data accuracy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to collect inputs and validate assumptions

- Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for PWS Finance, BUs teams and key stakeholders

**Your Skills**:
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

- Proficient in Excel, experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Capable to prioritize and bring structure while enabling pace and controls

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Self motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
