Agile Unit Coach

Ready to drive agile transformation and make an impact? Join our client's dynamic team as an Agile Unit Coach. We're seeking passionate individuals to guide their Agile Units through the adoption of agile practices, fostering a culture of value delivery. With both remote and onsite options available (travel is a must), this is a unique opportunity to drive change and shape the future of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead cultural change towards value delivery
- Coach Agile Units, Agile Unit Lead, and Members as a servant leader
- Develop and improve agile organizational systems and processes
- Ensure adherence to agile best practices for roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories
- Facilitate coaching sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct training and content development for Agile Unit members
- Challenge and guide Agile Teams and leadership to embrace agile principles
- Facilitate Agile Unit ceremonies and support Scrum Masters
- Remove impediments across Agile Teams

**Competencies and Experience**:

- Deep expertise in Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and agile frameworks
- Knowledge of Enterprise Agility and experience in waterfall-to-agile transformations
- Proven ability in formal and informal training delivery
- Leadership, coaching, and influencing skills
- Embraces agile principles and embodies the new culture
- Actively seeks and provides feedback
- Invests in others and encourages collaboration
- Strong people management skills, conflict resolution, and mentoring abilities
- Proficient in designing and executing workshops
- Confident, open-minded, and collaborative
- Driven to find optimal solutions for Agile Teams
