**Your role**
- Are you passionate about the financial markets? Are you an innovator who is conscious of risk?
- We are looking for someone like you to use their expertise to help us:
- execute Swiss Equity and ETF flow on all relevant venues according to best execution principles
- keep to stay on top of market developments
- use the right algo strategy according to liquidity and market conditions
- facilitate client order flow by assuring liquidity through our strong internal capabilities or third-party offerings
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, trading limits and compliance policies
- manage execution, operational and compliance risk, amongst others
- work closely with sales and trading teams to generate revenue and grow client business

**Your team**
- You'll be joining the leading equity franchise, working in the UBS Execution Hub team in Switzerland. We execute Equity and ETF products across the Swiss markets, and provide execution advice, solutions and execution according to best execution principles. This benefits our corporate, institutional and wealth management clients.

**Your expertise**
- initial experience in execution or sales trading
- a clear passion for financial markets and products
- strong service-oriented approach
- proactive, flexible, highly reliable and able to work under pressure
- responsible and conscious of risks
- highly motivated and a genuine team player
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
