As a Salesforce Project Manager at HAIR&SKIN, you will be responsible for the successful integration and optimization of the Salesforce platform within our digital product portfolio. Your main task is to gather requirements from customer care, retail, medical, and marketing and ensure effective integration into the Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Aufgaben
- Collect and analyze requirements from various departments as retail, medical and marketing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Manage Salesforce platform integrations, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Implement Salesforce best practices in UI design for improved user experience.
- Continuously optimize Salesforce processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for users.

Qualifikation
- 3-4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager or Consultant.
- Proven experience in complex project and stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce UI design best practices.
- Expertise in process optimization within Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a positive attitude and focus on quality.
- Business-fluent English and/ or German; French and Italian are no must, but plus.
