We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Services UK & Nordics team in Birmingham. Your main tasks and responsibilities: Lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved. Plan, manage, and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders for successful delivery. Prepare and oversee customer tenders, quality documentation, and project kick‑off meetings. Monitor costs, control budgets, and produce reliable invoicing and gross profit forecasts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams. To succeed in this role, you will need: HND or equivalent in engineering or business, or substantial relevant experience in a related industry. Proven experience in managing complex projects and commercial contracts. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
